  Angel Falls is a close, cozy, friendly place to just slow down and let Akron rush by outside the large front windows. Their coffee quality and tea selection continue to enchant and satisfy me, and the cookies are the best part of any visit!

  I have traveled quite a bit, and have had coffee around the world. I hold Angel Falls as a standard to good coffee. They have a great selection of bulk coffee & roast their beans in house. They also have a delicious selection of loose leaf teas. The service is quick. The only drawback is that the employees can be hasty and rude sometimes. I combat this with leaving a tip or not leaving them anything at all. Still, the coffee is so good the place deserves 5 stars.

  Good coffee, Horrible staff! I have worked at a coffee shop before so I do have an extensive knowledge of coffee but when I asked the cashier a simple question he went off on me. Even when I attempted to smooth it over and to continue to be polite and cordial he was still in a horrible mood. Someone here clearly needs to be fired or have a serious attitude readjustment. Sadly, based on all of the reviews here this has been going on for a long time and is unlikely to be fixed anytime soon so save your money and drive a few extra minutes to The Nervous Dog.
