  Customer service is rotten. Every time I get a breakfast sandwich there it is either so dry or burnt tasting. Also they serve items that are sold with salsa/picante sauce & never have any sauce, & everytime I ask about it I get a different answer & lied to about it. Finally an honest employee told me the truth that the manager is trying to save money by not ordering the cases of it.(which explains why other DD I go to always have the sauce available) Today was the worst.. my French toast bread was completely black on the inside of both pieces of bread & hard. As if to turn it inside out no one would notice the charcoal tasting brick their trying to bite into? It was so gross & not even edible I threw it out. Even tho I love their iced coffee, they've just lost a customer that's been a long time coming. Also some of the people working there are filthy & ungroomed. Not only do I not want to touch their dirty hands with black under their fingernails when accepting my change at the drive thru, but they have to hand me my food! A man should not have long fingernails with dirt, greasy hair, body odor, & sores on his arms working with food.

  Love everything about this place, the donuts are good, the coffee is great, and the workers are always very friendly. If they happen to get your order/coffee wrong they are very nice and will change it as many times as it takes to make you happy. But honestly I only had to get my coffee fixed once out of being there average 4dayz a week for the past year.

  Extremely inconsistent experience go there at least 3 times a week due to location to my workplace, the coffee is often cold or old some people look at you crazy when requesting wipe cream in top and can't imagine how it can fit other people seem to have no problems doing it, been wanting to call or write for a while now. And the cup I'm can't Finnish at the moment bought me to.
